Who is responsible
Nikam Studios is the public-facing studio brand of Nikam LLC. Nikam LLC is responsible for information collected through this site.
Newsletter information
The signup form stores the email address you submit, an optional name, selected company or product interests, the source page, available campaign parameters, the date of consent, and current subscription status. This information is used to send relevant Nikam Studios product and release updates.
Contact messages
The Contact form stores your name, email address, message category, selected product, subject, message, available campaign parameters, and submission time so Nikam Studios can review and respond to your inquiry. Basic anti-spam and duplicate controls are applied to form submissions.
Email delivery
Subscriber records are stored in the site’s protected database. When an email delivery provider is connected, that provider may process subscriber information on behalf of Nikam LLC for confirmation, delivery, and unsubscribe handling.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. An unsubscribe request changes the stored subscription status so the address is excluded from future marketing sends.
